Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your HCook cast iron. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories
  • Free from damage caused by misuse, improper seasoning, or improper cleaning (e.g. soaking in water or washing in a dishwasher)

Items that show signs of use, seasoning, or cooking are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will confirm eligibility and arrange pickup within 2–3 business days
  3. Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refunds

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Online payment orders: Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, we offer a one-time free exchange within the return window. Delivery fees for the new item are covered by HCook.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items with damage from improper use
  • Items missing original packaging
